Geoff has been with the Richwood team since 1991. He started as a draftsman while attending school for his engineering degree. As an engineer he worked on production, R&D and facility expansion projects. After working on the management teams of other Richwood companies he was promoted to GM of Richwood Investment Castings in 2006. Geoff earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering, with an emphasis on thermal dynamics, from Geneva College.

Ralph joined the Richwood Team in 1984 as a laborer. He worked his way through the ranks to become Shop Foreman at Richwood Industries. In 2004 Ralph was promoted to Shop Supervisor of Richwood Investment Castings. His commitment to quality parts and shipping deadlines makes him invaluable to our organization. Ralph brings over 30 years of production experience to Richwood Investment Castings.

Leah was hired in 2004 as a laborer in the Tree Room. Her organizational skill and self-motivation were quickly noted. She was promoted to Wax/Tree Room Team Leader and then to Production Scheduler. Leah oversees all production scheduling and all inventory stocking programs.

Russ joined Richwood Investment Castings in August 2009. He brings 26 years of foundry experience. Starting as a Union Laborer he worked his way up to General Manager. Russ gained experience at four other foundries before finding a home at Richwood Investment Castings. Currently he holds the position of Sales Manager and performs all the sales and quoting functions at Richwood Investment Castings.

Anna joined the Richwood Team in 2003. She was the Assistant Controller at another Richwood company. Her self-motivation, organizational skills and attention to detail were quickly noted and she earned the position of Controller for Richwood Investment Castings in 2005. Anna oversees all financial aspects of Richwood Investment Castings.

Jim Bond joined Richwood Investment Castings in 2003. Jim has worked in the metals industry for over 30 years. He has been involved in all facets of the industry including analysis, alloy development, product development, methodology and casting. Jim currently oversees our pouring procedures and alloy certifications. Jim currently holds the dual title of Metallurgist and Purchasing Agent.
